With over 35 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, Mark Goerlitz brings unmatched insight and precision to the early stages of custom home building. As a former custom home builder, project manager, and specialty remodeler, Mark has managed projects from blueprint to final walk-through, giving him a unique understanding of what it takes to build smarter, not just bigger.
Today, Mark leads Goerlitz Group Consulting, offering professional residential drafting, all-trade estimating, and consulting services to homeowners, builders, and designers throughout the East Mountains of New Mexico and remotely throughout the U.S. His goal is simple: to eliminate guesswork early in the building process, helping clients save time, avoid costly mistakes, and bring their vision to life with confidence.
